Athletics

At Immaculata Regional High School, our coaches and student-athletes strive to be gracious competitors who recognize that sport is an extension of the academic experience. Athletics provide a unique opportunity to build character, foster meaningful relationships, and embrace challenges that can only be achieved through teamwork.

We offer programs that are competitive and successful while remaining dignified, respectful, and consistently positive. Our high participation rates allow a wide range of students to engage in athletics, providing valuable cross-training opportunities in competitive environments that promote overall athletic development.

Athletic offerings vary from year to year in response to the needs and interests of our student body. Current programs include basketball teams at the Grade 8, Junior (Grades 9–10), and Senior (Grades 11–12) levels; a co-ed golf team open to all grades; soccer teams representing all grades; a co-ed tennis team; a track and field team representing all grades; and volleyball teams at the Grade 8, Junior, and Senior levels.
